THE PROCESS

Your first order, step by step.

Follow these steps in order. International shipping is handled separately after the item reaches the warehouse.

Create your Litbuy account

Open Litbuy and sign up. Your account is where you'll manage purchases, warehouse items, shipping and tracking.

Choose something on Repstakes

Browse a category, pick a product, and select View on Litbuy. Check the live seller listing carefully — especially the correct size, color, version, and stock. If the link doesn't open as expected, don't place an order until you've verified it.

Pay for the item

Choose your options and submit the order on Litbuy. The first payment covers the product and any applicable domestic shipping or service charges shown at checkout. Litbuy places the order with the seller.

You do not select international delivery to your home yet.

Wait for warehouse & QC photos

The seller sends your order to Litbuy's warehouse. Once it arrives and is processed, look under your Warehouse items for inspection photos (QC). Check the item before moving forward.

What should I check?

Ship your parcel

In your Litbuy Warehouse, select the items you want delivered. Combine them if you want, enter your shipping address, compare available shipping lines and packaging options, and pay the international shipping quote. Any taxes or import charges depend on the destination and shipping terms.

Track your package

After dispatch, use the tracking details in your Litbuy account. Delivery time can vary by carrier, customs and location. Keep your order details until everything has arrived.

PAYMENT 01

Item purchase

The item price, plus domestic shipping or other applicable checkout charges. The seller sends your item to Litbuy's warehouse.

PAYMENT 02

International shipping

After QC, choose a shipping line and pay for delivery to your address. Import tax, duty or other fees may also apply.

Tip: use Litbuy's shipping estimator to plan costs, but confirm the actual quote when submitting your parcel.

WAREHOUSE CHECK

QC photos: check before shipping.

QC stands for quality check. Litbuy's warehouse photos help you compare the received item against what you ordered.

What if my item fails QC? +

Review the available support, returns and exchange options with Litbuy before international dispatch. What is possible depends on the item, seller and applicable deadlines.

Are there coupons or guaranteed delivery times? +

Coupons and shipping options may change. Check Litbuy directly for current promotions, shipping estimates, restrictions and terms. Repstakes doesn't guarantee delivery dates.
